La maison · our story
Maison Corbel opened on a quiet corner of Carroll Gardens with one idea: the kind of bistro every Paris street has. A zinc bar, a board that changes daily, bread from down the road, and a glass of something good that never costs too much.
The menu is short on purpose. Onion soup that takes two days, steak frites cooked twice, a cheese trolley that rolls to every table. Come for one glass, or stay for four courses.
Sample reviews
These are sample reviews written for this demo. Your real Google reviews go here.
“The onion soup alone is worth the trip. It felt like a weeknight in the eleventh arrondissement, five minutes from home.”
“We came for the steak frites and stayed for the cheese. They walked us through the wine list without a hint of fuss.”
“Ordered à emporter on a rainy night. The coq au vin travelled perfectly, and the crème brûlée sugar was still crisp.”
